Dear YMBA Members and Prospective Members:

We're writing to inform you that Young Mortgage Bankers Association is now accepting renewal applications for the 2011-2012 year.

2011-2012 Membership

We appreciate and thank you for your continued support of YMBA and hope you enjoyed the fabulous events of the past year. As we kick off our 2011-2012 campaign, we want to remind you of the many benefits of YMBA membership. Most importantly, membership guarantees you a seat at our renowned Luncheon Panel Series at the landmarked Union League Club. These panels offer you direct access to the dealmakers in the commercial real estate industry. This past year our panels included some of the top names in the industry such as Scott Alper of the Witkoff Group, James Carpenter of New York Community Bank, Kevin Chisholm of Savanna Real Estate Fund, Sush Torgalkar of Westbrook Partners, Glenn Grimaldi of HSBC, Stephen Holmes of Morgan Stanley and Jonathan Estreich of RCG Longview/Estreich & Co. We ended last year on a high point with an exclusive Member's Only Event at NYC's highest Rooftop Bar - the Skyroom.

As a reminder we offer individual membership and our special corporate level membership which gives five total members from a given organization and provides a 23% discount (effectively five for the price of four). This year we plan to host a number of special Members Only events and we have re-launched our on-line Membership Directory to facilitate networking for all members within the organization

Membership in the YMBA offers the following benefits:

  1. A guaranteed seat for all three of our Luncheon Panels at the Union League Club;
  2. A listing in and access to our newly re-launched on-line YMBA Membership Directory;
  3. Invites to exclusive members only social events;
  4. Corporate Member branding on our new YMBA website.

Thank you again for your continued support and please sign up & join!

Regards

Steven Klein
